This is the class to build a strong and healthy body. Coaches will use a combination of resistance bands, calisthenics, dumbbells, kettlebells and more to challenge you.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, everyone can benefit from a strong core. It's the foundation for any good workout routine. Grinderz Coaches will help you target and incorporate a core work into your regular workout routine to help improve your balance, posture, and stability.
This class is a great way to improve your athletic ability. The class will help you develop speed and agility through a variety of drills and exercises. You will learn how to change directions quickly, how to jump and land properly, and how to maintain your balance while moving at high speeds. The class is also a great workout, so you'll be improving your fitness level as well.
