Students will learn the basic fundamentals of weight training, strength training, and overall fitness training and conditioning using free weights, bands, kettlebells, and more.
This class integrates strength, balance, coordination, and cardio while rotating through various stations. You’ll be challenged with dumbbells, stability balls, BOSU, kettlebells to name a few!
This is the class to build a strong and healthy body. Coaches will use a combination of resistance bands, calisthenics, dumbbells, kettlebells and more to challenge you.
In this class, you will give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery periods. This workout will build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. Exercises can be modified for every level - beginner through expert!
Kids ages 8-18 are welcome
No prior experience or training necessary
Max 10-12 kids per class
